Nothing short of amazing. James was able to guide us every step of the way through the house buying process. Despite the fact that we were half way around the world (in Australia), James was able to keep us informed, and ensure that everything was transacted as required. Needless to say, there were some interesting challenges encountered during the purchase process (given that we were overseas), however James was able to assist in identifying tangible solutions, and was always there to facilitate resolutions. We have no doubt that James was instrumental in helping us secure our dream home. Thanks to James and the Team.

This is our third real estate transaction with James. A few years back, he was our buyers agent and helped us find the perfect home for our family. He then helped us sell that home in record time for a record price when the time was right. And just this past week, we closed on our brand new build. James was there for us through the entire build process as an advocate, and always offered the best insight and advice. He has experience working with our builder, so he knows their processes, which can really help alleviate anxiety and confusion. It was a comfort to know that he and his amazing team were working in our corner and there for us whenever we had a question or concern. We have reffered several friends and family to use whenever we had a question or concern. We have referred several friends and family to James for their real estate needs and will continue to do so any time someone needs a realtor. He and his team are, hands-down, the BEST. James was our realtor a few years ago when we bought our first home here in Florida. We had such a great experience the first time, that we hired him again to sell our home a couple of years later. We had multiple offers at and over our asking price and we were under contract in less than three days! He understood what I needed and he came up with a plan to get it done. In 8 days my house was sold and that is the reason I used him for my next home purchase. Always kept in communication, easy to reach with questions and concerns. Was always very professional and helpful when we asked questions or offered suggestions on locations or houses we found while driving by. Always flexible with showings and kept us up to date the entire way, from showing to closing! Great staff and excellent service.

James wrote at least 3 contracts for houses and 5 contracts for lots plus researched multiple other houses and lots. We changed our mind on a house at the eleventh hour and he never got frustrated or gave up on us no matter how many times we changed our minds. There were a lot of moving pieces and challenges that were handled with the utmost grace and attention to detail. We live in California and his team was able to schedule stuff around our time schedules with last minute notice. No matter how many questions we had, or what time of night it was, James was always there to answer us. We were always able to get ahold of him. The real estate market was on fire and he was able to get us in a house in the area we wanted plus get us the lot next to the house we were purchasing, even though it wasn't for sale! We simply couldn't have asked for a Better Experience.

James is truly a God send. We first met him in March while searching for our retirement home. We traveled a wild journey along the way. First we contracted on a home and the owner was sent back to Canada due to COVID 19. James immediately contacted us in Kentucky so we came back to Ocala and found our perfect home. James was able to get our contract accepted immediately and unknown to us he also was able to get a $4500 credit for new flooring. The Realtor in Kentucky that was selling Teds house was not forthcoming, causing many delays. James tackled all these circumstances like the professional he is. Not only did he handle everything here in Ocala, he resolved all the problems in Kentucky. James is the most professional business man I have ever met. He will give you 110%. He has a super personality and will be someone you will be proud to have working with you. Again he was our God send.

I couldn’t have done it without James!!When I started thinking about making the move from Virginia to Florida I wasn’t sure how I was going to do it. I was 5 states away, working, and a single mom in the middle of a pandemic that had everything at a standstill. I found James on line and called him. From the moment I spoke with him I felt I had found someone that I could trust to help me find a home for my kids and I. Someone that had our best interest at heart. What I didn’t know at that time was that his work ethic was out of this world. He did things that no other realtor I have ever worked with would have or has ever done!!
